So, as always, I looked for a more bargain priced work-around. Hand bracelets, a.k.a. slave bracelets, aren't so uncommon in other cultures and I was hoping that I could find something almost as pretty to wear to some holiday soirees on some 'ethnic' jewelry websites. If you want to search for some of these yourself, try hitting eastern Indian jewelry stores, your local bellydance suppliers or goth jewelry outlet.
